1099 - Programmer

Client Services, Inc. (CSI) is looking for a 1099 Programmer who enjoys seeing the results of their labors first-hand and who is comfortable working on both individual and team projects. In this position you will assist in the design, development, documentation, creation, testing and modification of applications, modules, and programs in accordance with established standards and processes.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Create, modify, and test code
• Work from specifications
• Consult with various systems users to determine client and business needs and specifications
• Follow established development processes and adhere to industry best practices
• Create and update documentation for applications, modules, and programs
• Conduct trial runs of programs and software applications to ensure proper results
• Provide help to end-users as needed
• Work with computers for long periods of time
• Communicate effectively and professionally with all contacts
• Adhere to client, company and regulatory requirements and policies

Qualifications/Experience:

• Computer-related degree or equivalent experience/skills
• Up to 2 years previous experience
• Excellent communication and interaction skills
