Accounting/Finance Supervisor

Client Services, Inc. (CSI), an 'A+' BBB Accredited call center located in St. Charles, Missouri, is seeking career minded individuals to join our team.  Representing many of the largest and most sophisticated financial services organizations in the United States, CSI is seeking a personable and highly motivated individual to fill our opening as a full-time Finance Supervisor. Responsibilities include assisting the Financial Department in daily accounting tasks to include, but not limited to, managing and maintaining financial records along with research, analysis and forecasting. 

Responsibilities

  • Perform accounts receivable duties for Client Services including preparing invoices and recording payments, while working with offshore teams
  • Entering of AP invoices, coordinating for approvals, sending checks to vendors, managing accounts payable distribution list
  • Work with external auditor to prepare year end audit schedules and handle queries
  • Deposit of client checks/vendor refund checks in banks
  • Coordinate with book keeping for daily activities
  • Performing Daily Wires
  • Payroll duties include being a liaison between payroll and HR
  • Adhere to company attendance requirements and work assigned schedule.
  • Adhere to client, company and regulatory requirements and policies
  • Adhere to performing ad hoc tasks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required
  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Knowledge of accounting software including MS Dynamics SL and QuickBooks
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office programs including Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
  • Must possess good mathematical skills, problem solving skills, along with ability to think outside the box.
  • Must give attention to detail and possess accuracy in work
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentially
  • Must be organized, able to multitask and maintain a high productivity level
