Clerical Clerk

CLERICAL CLERK: $9.00 - $11.00 per hour

Client Services, Inc. (CSI), a Better Business Bureau Accredited call center located in St. Charles, MO, is seeking a career-minded individual to join our team. Representing many of the largest and most sophisticated financial services organizations in the United States, CSI is seeking a personable and highly motivated individual to fill our full-time position as a Clerical Clerk. The Clerical Clerk will process all incoming media correspondence from consumers or clients.

 

Responsibilities

  • Receiving, identifying and processing all incoming consumer correspondence
  • Ensuring all sensitive correspondence is handled quickly and in the appropriate manner as outlined by client requirements
  • Ensuring correspondence is directed to the proper parties or individuals
  • Serving as an internal auditor to make sure the procedure was correctly executed in all areas of responsibility to prepare for client audits
  • Completing client spreadsheets
  • Working with other departments and employees to meet client deadlines
  • Organizing and prioritizing all work to meet set and expected department deadlines on a daily basis
  • Performing other administrative support duties, as necessary
  • Performing other duties assigned by management, based on the business needs
  • Adhering to company attendance requirements, work standards and policies
  • Working to an assigned schedule

 

Qualifications

  • Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong comprehension skills with the ability to prioritize and multi task
  • Ability to sit and use computer and phone for long periods of time
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees and others you have contact with
  • Ability to meet daily company deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have concern for order, quality and accuracy
  • Must be flexible, detail oriented and able to work as a team
  • Must communicate and work effectively with superiors and colleagues
  • Must be accurate and complete tasks by the daily deadline
