What You'll Do:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls with consumers regarding overdue accounts
• Utilize problem-solving skills to find customer-specific solutions
• Analyze accounts and negotiate payment/settlement arrangements
• Provide top-tier customer service through professional communication
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date account documentation

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ years of collections experience in a high-volume contact center (Required)
• A strong work ethic and commitment to attendance & performance
• Computer proficiency with accurate data entry skills
• Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
