ENTRY LEVEL - Customer Service Specialist

At Client Services, Inc. you will have work-life balance with a set Monday – Friday schedule, NO late nights and NO weekend work. In addition to paid holidays, you will receive plenty of PTO. Pay starting at $15 per hour for this ENRTY level position.

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Troubleshooting and resolving customer concerns
• Maintaining customer confidentiality
• Reviewing verbal complaints and conducting root cause analysis
• Preparing correspondence and communicating with consumers

• The ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• High School diploma or equivalent
