Government/Court Client Relationship Manager
Client Services, Inc. (CSI), an 'A+' BBB Accredited call center located in St. Charles, Missouri, is seeking career minded and highly motivated individuals to join our growing Government/Court collections team. CSI was recently awarded a very large Government/Court collections MSA. In this Client Relationship Management role, you will work closely with Government/Court clients to ensure contract requirements are being met, solve any problems that may arise and work directly with other departments when needed to reach a resolution. Along with initial implementation planning and execution, the Client Relationship Manager will be the day-to-day point-person for the Courts. CSI is open to this role working remote.

Responsibilities
- Utilize independent discretion to analyze, determine and develop efficient processes for all Government/Court related functions
- Interact directly with all internal departments including Operations, Business Technology, Electronic Data Interface, Accounting, etc.
- Manage and direct the implementation of all Government/Court clients
- Responsible for independently directing and audit remediation
- Accountable for all Government/Court determined deadlines
- Ensure compliance with each individual court contract and SLAs
- Determine and resolve all issues/opportunities with processes
- Preserve Government/Court collection specific knowledge base
- Communicate effectively with employees and clients
- Maintain centralized Government/Court database
- Adhere to client, company and regulatory requirements and policies
- Perform other duties as assigned by management based on the needs of the business
- Travel may be required
Qualifications
- Government and Court collections experience
- Experience with the Tax Offset Program and FTB Intercept Program is a preferred
- Ability to navigate the CUBS system is preferred, but not required
- Management experience required; management within government/court collections is preferred
- Effective communicator including excellent written and verbal skills
- Strong comprehension skills and detail oriented
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
- Personable and tech-savvy
