Junior Relationship Manager

Client Services, Inc. (CSI), an 'A+' BBB Accredited call center located in St. Charles, Missouri, is seeking career minded individuals to join our team.  Candidates with bookkeeping experience are encouraged to apply.  In-depth training will be provided as you transition into this new career.  Representing many of the largest and most sophisticated financial services organizations in the United States, CSI is seeking a personable and highly motivated individual to fill our opening as a full-time Junior Relationship Manager.

The Junior Relationship Manager works closely with clients to ensure contract requirements are being met, solves any problems that may arise with the client, and works directly with other departments when needed to reach a resolution. This employee will prepare for client audits by gathering any required documentation, and addresses any questions or concerns that may arise as a result of the audit.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize independent discretion to analyze, determine and develop efficient processes for all client related functions.
  • Interact directly with all major clients
  • Interact directly with all internal departments including Operations, BT, EDI and accounting
  • Manage and direct new client implementation
  • Responsible for independently directing and remediating client audits
  • Accountable for all client determined deadlines
  • Knowledge and ability to navigate CUBS system
  • Ensure compliance with all client contracts and SLAs
  • Determine and resolve all issues/opportunities with client processes

Qualifications:

  • Effective communicator including excellent written and verbal skills
  • Strong comprehension skills and detail oriented
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
  • Personable
  • Tech-savvy
  • Schedule is Monday-Friday 8-5PM (may vary upon client requirements)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
