Client Services, Inc. (CSI), an 'A+' BBB Accredited call center located in St. Charles, Missouri, is seeking career minded individuals to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and strategic planning abilities and a proven track record in operations management. Representing many of the largest and most sophisticated financial services organizations in the United States, CSI is seeking a personable and highly motivated individual to fill our opening as a full-time Recovery Manager.

Objectives of this role:

Deliver constant communication with managers and staff to ensure proper operations of the company. Develop, manage, implement and improve on the operational protocols and goals of the company. Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company's internal capacity.


Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, develop and coach collection management staff to improve their collection ability and managerial skills
  • Interact, build and develop rapport with external clients to grow and improve the business relationship
  • Provide feedback and information in a timely manner upon client's request
  • Review, analyze and drive operation's department performance
  • Execute and achieve productivity targets
  • Analyze reports to determine overall effectiveness of current strategies, policies and procedures
  • Advise and support a large team in a demanding environment, including career development plans for direct reports and problem resolution

Qualifications

  • Two or more years of proven success in an operations management role
  • Proficiency in conflict management
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative, generate ideas for improvement plans and implement a strategy
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to instruct, coach and manage other in a positive and effective manner
  • Possess strong knowledge to provide proper guidance concerning FDCPA and other legal aspects of collection procedures
  • Proficient with standard office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in operations management, business administration, or related field
