Receptionist
Client Services, Inc. is looking for a full-time Receptionist to act as the point of contact for internal calls and walk-in visitors/applicants to providing general information and direction. This position will also be making Recruitment calls to conduct phone screens and schedule interviews.
Responsibilities
- Interact directly with all departments
- Answer calls and greet walk-in visitors in a professional manner along with appropriate response and direction to needs
- Direct and notify all calls and/or visitors to proper area or individual
- Identify, log and issue visitor ID badge
- Maintain employee temporary badge logs
- Receive daily deliveries of couriers: USPS; UPS; FedEx
- Provide and accept job applications
- Address and notify of candidates visiting for an interview.
- Make sure applicants have proper paperwork completed and may escort them to take any applicable testing
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel along with basic computer skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to use integrated phone system
- Ability to prioritize, multi task and provide attention to detail
- Communicate and work effectively with superiors and colleagues
- Ability to perform tasks accurately and by required deadlines
- Able to present a professional appearance and positive demeanor
- Must possess strong, energetic and enthusiastic people skills in representing the company in a positive manner
- High school diploma or equivalent.
