Recruiter

Client Services, Inc. (CSI), a Better Business Bureau Accredited call center located in St. Charles, MO, is seeking a career-minded individual to join our team. Representing many of the largest and most sophisticated financial services organizations in the United States, CSI is seeking a personable and highly motivated individual to fill our full-time position as a Recruiter. The Recruiter will search and screen resumes, employment applications, and phone inquiries for talent to fill staffing needs while promoting Client Services, Inc. in a positive way.

Responsibilities:

• Pre-screen candidates
• Review and screen potential candidates via direct submissions, cold call efforts, etc.
• Responsible for inbound and outbound recruiting efforts
• Ensure that Federal/State employment laws are being followed
• Ensure appropriate follow-up with candidates
• Schedule interviews as requested
• Adhere to company policies and work assigned schedule
• Use a computer and phone for a long period of time
• Other duties as assigned based on the business needs

Qualifications:

• Individual must have strong communication skills
• Basic computer skills are required
• Individual must be energetic, enthusiastic, and have a "go-getter" attitude along with great people skills
• Always able to represent the company in a positive manner
• Imperative that a professional image and behavior is reflected at all times
• High school diploma or equivalent
