Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of letter processes for print, email and fax letters
  • Approve any company letter or strategy changes
  • Member of the Written Communications Committee
  • Manage relationship between CSI and letter vendor
  • Regularly compare production letters generated with letter templates to identify any discrepancies, omissions or deviations from the letter template
  • Maintain letter version control documentation (copies of previous letter(s)), as well as master spreadsheet with corresponding information
  • Manage to and maintain internal and external letter review compliance
  • Coordinate with Process Owner for any client letter requirement related Change Requests
  • Make changes to letters within CUBS system
  • Responsible for securing Legal draft review and formal approvals on all letter changes
  • Perform root cause analysis on identified letter issues
  • Submit change request forms and act as Process Owner to address identified letter issues
  • Respond to Operational inquiries related to letter issues or strategies
  • Document letter strategies by client code
  • Perform and document letter audits
  • Respond to client requests for information related to letters or letters strategy
  • Perform regular reviews of all letter strategies to ensure process is functioning appropriately
  • Participate in client audits by providing information to Client Relationship Managers related to letters and reviews
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management based on the needs of the business

Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint and OnBase a plus
  • Effective organizational skills
  • Effective project coordination skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Associates Degree or equivalent industry, or job-related experience
